Warranty Policy

General Warranty Information

  • Yonex and Victor USA / North America racquets include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship only.
  • Special editions or non-USA version products are not eligible for manufacturer warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Approval is not guaranteed. If accepted, the manufacturer will replace with the same or similar racquet frame (frame only).

Fees

  • Warranty handling fee: $20
  • Return shipping (if applicable): $15
  • Optional stringing service: additional charge

Important Notes

  • String Service: No warranty on string condition or performance after delivery.
  • Impact Damage: Not covered. Cracks, dents, or scratches caused by impact are considered product abuse.
  • String Breakage: Not covered. Strings are a wearable part and must be replaced regularly.

All warranty claims are reviewed and decided solely by the manufacturer. T Sport has no influence on the final decision.

Warranty Instructions

Yonex Warranty
  1. Email support@tsportshop.com with your warranty request.
  2. Without cutting or removing strings, ship the racquet to:

    - Include the completed warranty form inside the box.
    - Use a courier with a tracking number (T Sport is not responsible for lost/damaged shipments).
  3. T Sport will confirm receipt and submit your racquet to Yonex.
  4. Processing typically takes 4–8 weeks (up to 3–4 months in some cases).
  5. If approved, replacement fees apply: $20 processing, $15 return shipping, plus stringing charges if requested.
Victor Warranty

Please keep a copy of your purchase receipt (digital or physical).

Download and complete the Victor Warranty Intake Form and include it in the package.
