General Warranty Information
T Sport assists customers with eligible manufacturer warranty claims for qualifying racquets purchased through our store. All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms, inspection, and final approval.
Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee approval. All warranty claims are reviewed and decided solely by the applicable manufacturer.
1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
- Yonex and Victor USA / North America racquets include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products purchased through authorized U.S. distribution channels.
- If approved, the manufacturer may provide a replacement with the same or a comparable racquet model, subject to availability.
- Warranty replacement generally covers the racquet frame only.
- Strings, grips, accessories, customization, and stringing services are not included with a replacement frame.
2. Products Not Eligible for Manufacturer Warranty
The following products are not eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage through T Sport:
- Special-edition products
- Non-USA or international-version products
- Products displaying [Collect] in the product title
- Rare or collectible products
- Limited-release products where U.S. manufacturer warranty coverage is not provided
3. Warranty Exclusions
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship only.
The following conditions are not covered:
- Accidental damage
- Impact damage
- Misuse or product abuse
- Improper handling
- Unauthorized modification or alteration
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches or damage caused during use
- String breakage or normal string deterioration
4. Warranty Service Fees
The following service fees may apply when T Sport assists with a manufacturer warranty claim.
Service, shipping, and optional stringing charges are separate from the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
5. Stringing Service
T Sport does not provide a warranty on string durability, tension retention, playing performance, or string condition after the racquet has been delivered to the customer.
Strings are wearable components and their lifespan may vary depending on playing style, frequency of use, tension, string type, storage conditions, and other factors.
6. Impact Damage
Cracks, dents, chips, scratches, deformation, or other damage caused by impact are generally considered misuse or product abuse and are not covered by manufacturer warranty.
This may include damage resulting from the racquet striking another racquet, the floor, wall, net post, equipment, or another object.
7. String Breakage
Broken or worn strings are not covered by manufacturer warranty.
Strings are wearable parts and should be replaced as necessary. String lifespan varies based on tension, string type, playing frequency, playing style, and other conditions.
8. Manufacturer Makes the Final Decision
All warranty claims are inspected, reviewed, approved, or denied solely by the applicable manufacturer.
T Sport acts only as an intermediary to assist customers with the submission and processing of eligible claims.
T Sport cannot guarantee approval and has no control over the manufacturer's final warranty decision.
The manufacturer determines whether a racquet qualifies as defective and what warranty remedy, if any, will be provided.
