T Sport Shipping Policy
Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping times, tracking, shipping costs, and delivery before placing your order.
T Sport ships orders within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.
Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, product releases, promotional events, or other periods of unusually high demand.
All orders are fully insured during shipment.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, service selected, and other conditions affecting transportation.
Our typical shipping time is approximately 7–14 days after order processing.
Due to high demand or circumstances outside our control, some shipments may require additional time. We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders as promptly as possible.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, T Sport will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking activity may not appear immediately after the label is created. Please allow the shipping carrier time to receive, scan, and update the shipment in its tracking system.
4. Shipping Costs
T Sport offers free shipping on eligible orders.
Additional or upgraded shipping options may be available during checkout.
Available shipping services and charges, if any, will be displayed before you complete your order.
We use established shipping carriers to provide reliable and secure delivery services.
5. Shipping Addresses
Each order can be shipped to one shipping address only.
If you need merchandise shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
6. Business Days & Holiday Closures
Order-processing estimates are based on business days. Our office and store are closed on weekends and on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day — January 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day — Third Monday in January
- Good Friday — Friday before Easter
- Memorial Day — Last Monday in May
- Independence Day — July 4
- Labor Day — First Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Day — December 25
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or store closures will be processed beginning on the next applicable business day.
7. Shipping Delays
Although we work to have every order delivered as quickly as possible, shipping times may be affected by circumstances outside T Sport's control.
Possible causes of delay may include high shipping volume, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, transportation interruptions, or destination-specific delivery conditions.
Tracking information provided by the shipping carrier should be used to monitor the current delivery status of your shipment.
8. Additional Shipping Information
- Orders are subject to processing before shipment.
- Shipping transit times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
- Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Customers should monitor the tracking information supplied with their shipping confirmation.
- Multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.
